Developed grassroots community partnership + grew brand awareness

Every April, with funding provided by the Knight Foundation, O, Miami attempts to deliver a poem to every single person in Miami-Dade County (in a variety of creative ways).

We answered the call on behalf of YOAMO305 with two submissions and got chosen to participate and execute.

Submission #1 Cafecito is a ritual enjoyed throughout the day. There are little coffee windows we gather around to have our shot of espresso with a side of conversation. As soon as the sun goes up in Miami, the locals will have a cafecito at several points throughout the day… and we were there to give them some poetry with it.

Submission #2 With politics being such a divisive subject, what better way to get people’s attention than by placing political yard signs on their lawns? We produced the signage to look & feel just like an actual political campaign sign, but when our Miamian took a closer look, it was a beautiful poem about unity instead.
